Are all your products import directly from the country of origin?

Definitely. All the products we see in our store and website are 100% import from the country of origin.




Do you provide samples?

We provide free samples when they are available, but we can't guarantee they will be included with all orders.




Is it possible to order something not listed on your website?

Quite possibly. We have an extensive global supplier network so we might be able to find what you're looking for. If you have ordered an item before but don't see it listed anymore, it is most likely just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a week so keep checking regularly or simply add the item to your wishlist so we will notify you once it's restocked.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular Parcel Delivery (1-5 days)  Usually arrives all capital cities in the next day, rural area might take up to 5 days. If you weren't home to receive the parcel, it will be available for pick up at the closest Post office to your given address. A notification card would be placed in your mail box. 

Express Parcel Delivery

Australian Post guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network which covers 80% of Australian addresses. If you weren't home to receive the parcel, it will be available for pick up at the closest Post office to your given address.  A notification card would be placed in your mail box. Extra shipping fee applied to Express Delivery.


普通郵包(1﹣5天)一般後天就可以到達澳洲的主要城市,較鄉郊的地方也最多5天內到達。如果您不在家收郵包,郵政局會派通知卡到您郵箱, 通知你到就近郵局親自提取。




Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to any order which spends over $110 and ship within Australia.




Do you ship internationally?

We do not provide international shipping at the moment.




How do I know whether the order is shipped or not?

After we shipped the product, you will receive a tracking number provided by Australia Post. You can visit the website of Australia Post anytime to track your order.




Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to valid PO Box.

Which credit or bank cards can I pay with?

We accept all major international credit cards, including virtual cards: Visa / MasterCard / American Express / JCB / Paypal / Diners Club / Discover / KCP. Please note that some banks charge international transaction fees on credit card purchases. You will have to check with your individual bank for details.

How else can I pay if I do not have a credit card?

How can I pay through PayPal?

There are two ways to pay through PayPal. The express way is to select the 'Checkout with PayPal' option in the shopping cart. Remember to enter your email address first. You will be taken to the PayPal site to continue the payment process.

The other way is upon reaching the payment section of the checkout process, select the 'PayPal' payment option and input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided. Once your order has been confirmed and you have received your order number and final total, you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete payment.

我如何通過Paypal 付款?

Paypal付款有2種方式。快捷的途徑可於購物車的選項中揀選"Checkout with Paypal",緊記先輸入閣下的電郵地址,就可連接到Paypal網頁去進行付款程序。

Returns 退貨


Is there any return policy if I am not satisfy with the products?

If the goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
