As much as we want you to enjoy your products as quickly as we can, in most cases this is depend on our courier partner. 

 

Regular Parcel Delivery (1-5 days) - Highly recommended 

Usually arrives all capital cities in the next day, rural area might take up to 5 days. If you weren't home to receive the parcel, it will be available for pick up at the closest Post office to your given address. A notification card would be placed in your mail box.

Delivery times depend on your specified address. We aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of you placed the order.

 

Express Parcel Delivery

Australian Post guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network which covers 80% of Australian addresses. If you weren't home to receive the parcel, it will be available for pick up at the closest Post office to your given address.  A notification card would be placed in your mail box.

1. If the goods are faulty 如商品有損壞

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

2. If you change your mind 如改變主意

In addition to your rights in relation to faulty goods, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items that is regarded as personal, such as underwear, socks, or others that would caused concern of hygiene cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original unopened package or are faulty.  For more information, please contact us prior. 

If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

3. Returns Generally 退貨須留意

This section 3 applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you choose your mind or need a different size.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
